PEWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- An Elm Grove man is facing sexual assault charges after police say he inappropriately touched three kids under the water at Pewaukee Lake.
Evan Radke, 26, is facing three counts of sexual assault of a child.
The incident happened on June 8. The three kids, ages 11, 12, and 13, were just swimming when an adult male approached them. According to court documents, the suspect made inappropriate sexual comments.
The 13-year-old girl told investigators that the suspect "grabbed her butt" without permission.
She wrote to investigators that she "felt dazed and uncomfortable about it." She also went on to say that she was "shaken and disgusted."
The two male victims said the defendant touched their private area with his foot.
The three victims and lifeguards gave descriptions of the suspect. Officers located the described suspect in surveillance video showing Radke getting into a 2012 Red Honda Accord. They linked the car to Radke's mom.
In a lineup, all three victims pointed Radke out as the suspect.
The court ordered Radke not to be within two miles of Pewaukee Lake. His bond was set at $5,000.
Radke will be back in court on June 24 for his preliminary hearing.
