MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Thursday morning, January 31, just before 9 a.m. a Milwaukee County Deputy Sheriff was investigating a crash on I-794 north near Carferry Drive.
The Deputy was out of his squad to interview someone when his empty squad car was hit by another car driving north.
Milwaukee Police are investigating the crash.
