MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- The holidays are often cited as the "most wonderful time of the year," but to many, it presents a time that chips away at the very basic pillars of mental health. From financial stressors to simply spending traditionally family-oriented time alone, there are many stressors.
One expert believes that there are ways to not only deal with your own mental health during the holidays but also methods of ensuring friends and neighbors are navigating safely through what may be a difficult season.
