MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- The Milwaukee Police Department is investigating a fatal shooting that took place on Sunday, Oct. 29. 

The shooting took place around 1:25 a.m. near 50th and Medford. The victim was a 28-year-old. The victim was transported to a local hospital and did succumb to injuries.
