'Feeling Elite': No. 1 Wisconsin volleyball sweeps BYU to advance to Elite 8

MADISON, Wis. (CBS 58) -- The No. 1 overall-seeded Wisconsin Volleyball team continued its reign of dominance Saturday, April 17, as the Badgers swept the No. 16 seeded Brigham Young Cougars to advance to the NCAA tournament quarterfinals.

Led by senior star Molly Haggerty with 14 kills, the Badgers defeated the Cougars in three sets: 25-20, 25-17, 25-12.

Senior setter Sydney Hilley facilitated the volleyball to the Badgers hitters to perfection with an incredible 33 assists.

The Badgers will play the winner of Ohio State and Florida in the Elite Eight matchup. The Buckeyes and Gators face off on Sunday.
