First baby of 2024 born at Froedtert is a boy!

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- The first baby born on New Year's Day, 2024, at Froedtert hospital in Wauwatosa was a boy named Gianni. He arrived early this morning, Monday, Jan. 1 at 12:43 a.m. and weighed 9 lbs, 8 ounces and measured 22 inches.
Gianni is the first born of mom, Rita, who is a Milwaukee-area resident. Both mom and baby are healthy and doing well.
The Froedtert Hospital Birth Center care team is grateful to share in this special moment. Congratulations to the family!
