Flight from India to Chicago diverted to Milwaukee due to weather

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- An Air India flight bound for Chicago's O'Hare Airport was diverted to Milwaukee Mitchell International Airport on Tuesday, June 25 due to severe weather that was crossing the Chicago area.

The same storm system impacted Wisconsin earlier in the day.

Flight 127, a Boeing 777-300 traveling from New Delhi, landed in Milwaukee at 7:38 a.m. before resuming its original journey at 10:16 a.m. and safely arriving at O'Hare at 10:37 a.m.
