FOND DU LAC, Wis. (CBS 58) -- Early Friday morning, December 28, just before 2 a.m. the Fond du Lac Fire Department was called to Scott Street for a fire in a two-story home.
Crews quickly extinguished the fire which was contained to the first floor rear stairwell.
According to fire officials, the fire was under renovation at the time of the fire. There was no electric or gas service.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
