Death of 33-year-old woman in Fond du Lac now considered a homicide, 2 arrested

FOND DU LAC, Wis. (CBS 58) -- Police say the death of 33-year-old Ashley Calo is now being considered a homicide.
Annaka Trudell of Fond du Lac was arrested Wednesday, for first-degree reckless homicide and is currently being held at the Fond du Lac County jail.
Officers also arrested a 21-year-old Fond du Lac man for harboring or aiding a felon.
An investigation remains underway.
The Fond du Lac Medical Examiner's Office will perform an autopsy to determine the exact cause and manner of death.

FOND DU LAC, Wis. (CBS 58) -- Police have identified a person of interest in connection to the death of 33-year-old Ashley Ann Calo of West Bend Tuesday, Feb. 13.
A temporary felony warrant has been entered for 20-year-old Annaka Winter Trudell.
She's described as 5'4", 135 pounds, with hazel eyes and hair that may be black, blonde or brown at this time.

FOND DU LAC, Wis. (CBS 58) -- Fond du Lac police officers are investigating what they're calling a "suspicious death" Tuesday, Feb. 13.
Officials responded to the area of W. Follett Street and N. Main Street around 6:23 p.m. after a vehicle crashed into landscaping bricks and came to rest on top of bushes.
Police say a 33-year-old woman was found slumped over and unresponsive inside the vehicle.
A 3-year-old passenger was uninjured.
Fond du Lac Fire/Rescue took the woman to St. Agnes Hospital where she was later pronounced deceased.
The Fond du Lac Medical Examiner's Office will perform an autopsy to determine the cause of death.
An investigation is ongoing.
