MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- In a historical building on MLK Drive, is a weekly fitness class. Food for Health has been in this location for about two years now. They offer weekly classes to teach people all about properly fueling their body -- from nutrition, mental health and workouts.
Sara Fox is the director of health and wellness at Food for Health.
"Here at Food for Health, we disrupt diet-related diseases with our medically tailored meal program and our lifestyle and fitness classes, as well as our cooking classes," Fox said.
In the last few weeks, they launched a meal program. For $130, you can have 10 meals cooked fresh in their USDA kitchen and delivered to your home. Every meal plan purchased also goes to support meal plans for people who need them.
All fitness, focus and food classes are free and open to the public.
