WHITEFISH BAY, Wis. (CBS 58) -- A former associate principal in Whitefish Bay was bound over for trial Tuesday, April 15, for a deadly crash dating back to last December.
Rebecca Salomon faces two felony counts, including homicide by intoxicated use of a vehicle, after her Jeep slammed into a car in the town of West Bend.
A man in that car was killed.
In court Tuesday, Salomon waived her preliminary hearing and was ordered to stand trial.
She's due for arraignment on June 19.
Salomon resigned as associate principal at Cumberland Elementary School in March.
