Four arrested after stealing running vehicle from driveway in Whitefish Bay

WHITEFISH BAY, Wis. (CBS 58) -- Four people were arrested after stealing a vehicle and later ditching it.

According to police, the unlocked and running vehicle was taken from a driveway in the 5400 block of Shoreland Avenue around 8 a.m. on Thursday.

The vehicle was later abandoned a short distance away.

Whitefish Bay Police and the Glendale Police Department took four people in custody in connection with the car theft.

Formal charges are pending.
