Foxtown Station to kick off Oktoberfest with ‘Foxtoberfest’ celebration Saturday, Aug. 29
MEQUON, Wis. (CBS 58) — Oktoberfest is coming early to Mequon as Foxtown Station hosts its annual Foxtoberfest celebration this Saturday, Aug. 29.
The event goes from 11 a.m. to 10:30 p.m.
The all-day celebration will feature live music, an Oktoberfest-inspired food and beer menu, bounce houses, folk dancing and more.
Plus, there will be plenty of fun for four-legged guests too. Dog lovers can take part in Foxtown Station’s dachshund meet-up from 12 p.m. to 2 p.m. Both dachshunds and dachshund mixes are encouraged to come meet others in the community. Dogs will receive a limited-edition pint glass, and your first Oktoberfest beer will be on the house.
It will be a day filled with traditional German beer garden fun.
