MILWAUKEE (CBS 58)--It’s all about dancing our way through this pandemic. First we had the “Quarantine Shuffle.” Now it’s the “2020 Shake.”
The latest energetic dance is now being taught at the local Fred Astaire Dance Studios, while following all CDC and local health and safety guidelines. This particular series of fun moves helps people shake off the day, get in the right headspace, and stay active. Our Michael Schlesinger got to try his hand at it while not stepping all over his feet.
The “2020 Shake” is even starting to go viral as people post their own version with the #2020ShakeOffChallenge. To learn more about this challenge or or if you want to sign up for some dance lessons offered at Fred Astaire, just click here.
