MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- People in the city of festivals know how to have a good time, spring, summer, fall and in the cold and snow of winter. It’s a new trend that’s popping up outside of taverns all over southeast Wisconsin.
On CBS 58 Sunday Morning, Brittany Lewis visited the rooftop where the first see-through domes popped up in Milwaukee.
