MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- On Wednesday, July 30, CBS 58 learned more from an internationally recognized expert in brain injury and concussion research about his assessment on the motive behind the deadly office building shooting in Manhattan.

Doctor Michael McCray is the director of brain injury research at the Medical College of Wisconsin.
