MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Heading into Oscar season, movie enthusiasts can now experience this year's Best Picture nominees on the big screen with Marcus Theatres' new electronic passport, the "Best Picture passport."
The passport provides moviegoers with the most flexible and convenient way to enjoy the Best Picture film series, taking place from Feb.24 through Mar. 12.
For a one-time purchase of $40, Best Picture passport holders will receive an electronic ticket to each of the ten movies nominated for Best Picture and the anthology films for Best Animated Short and Live Action Short. The passport allows holders to choose the specific theatre, date and showtime that works best for them.
Additionally, the passport provides a 20% discount on all concessions and food, excluding alcohol, throughout the series.
To discuss more details, Jenni Tetzlaff with Marcus Theaters joined us on Tuesday, Feb. 21.
The passport can be purchased by marcustheatres.com/bestpicturepassport.
