Giannis-less Bucks beat Kings, 129-128
SACRAMENTO (CBS 58) -- Despite missing the reigning two-time most valuable player of the NBA, the Bucks took care of business and defeated the Sacramento Kings, 129-128, Saturday night, April 3.
Bucks stars Jrue Holiday and Brook Lopez stepped up to fill the void of the missing Giannis Antetokounmpo with two season-high performances.
Holiday finished with a season-high 33 points while Lopez added a season-high 26 points in the nail-biting road victory
Bucks Head Coach Mike Budenholzer told reporters Antetokounmpo sat out of Saturday's game as a precautionary measure to deal with left knee soreness.
The victory marks Milwaukee's tenth-straight victory over Sacramento.
