City of Milwaukee, police union reach tentative agreement
MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- The 2025 Girl Scout Cookie season begins Wednesday, Jan. 22, across southeastern Wisconsin. The organization says that proceeds stay local, empowering young leaders and benefiting the community.
Girl Scout Junior members Nora and Lorelei and Cadette Mysha joined us on Monday, Jan. 20 to talk about how the program helps participants develop entrepreneurial skills such as goal setting, money management and business ethics.
This year’s cookie lineup includes Thin Mints, Caramel deLites, Peanut Butter Patties and the soon-to-be-retired Toast-Yay. The cookie program, which runs through March 31, supports local Girl Scout troops by funding troop adventures, leadership programs and community service projects.
