PHOENIX, Ariz. (CBS 58) -- You see the platinum glove right over Brice Turang's shoulder. How has that changed his life? What does that mean to him?

"It’s cool, you know," Brice Turang says of winning the Gold Glove for his play at second base. "You put a lot of work into it, and you know, pays off. Just gotta keep working. And keep trying to win more."

Turang is a Gold Glove second baseman. But will he start at shortstop as the organization tries to figure out where he and Joey Ortiz fit best between second and short?

"Wherever. If they need me to play the outfield, I’ll go play the outfield," Turang says. "If they need me to catch, I’ll go catch. I’m just here to win games."

"Is there a deadline for double play chemistry, so to speak?" CBS 58's Lance Allan asked. "Like at a certain point, do you have to figure out, like, okay, I’m going to be here, he’s going to be there, and to figure that stuff out?"

"I mean yes and no," Turang says. "I mean I could take a day and ask him where he wants the ball and what I think about it. If I’m more of an across guy going across or some guy’s turning from behind. But at the end of the day, you know, give him a good feed and they can do whatever they want with it. So, yeah. I mean we’ll talk, figure out what we like, and we’ll start playing together."
