Safe Haven Pet Sanctuary/Facebook GREEN BAY, Wis. (CBS 58) -- The Safe Haven Pet Sanctuary has been evacuating their animals after they say the roof collapsed causing flooding to the first floor of the building.
The sanctuary posted a video on Facebook around 7 p.m. Wednesday, June 24, asking for the public's help in taking in the cats at their facility in an emergency foster situation.
In an updated post, they say that 26 cats are still trapped in the building and are waiting for the 'all clear' signal to go get them.
But they also say that plenty of fosters have showed up to take in the cats and are asking for donations to help with repair costs.
If you want to help the sanctuary, you can visit their donation page here.
