MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- The Harlem Globetrotters, famous for their signature blend of basketball and entertainment, are scheduled to perform at Milwaukee's Fiserv Forum on Dec. 31 for two shows. The first will take place at 1 p.m., and the second at 6 p.m.
Speedy Artis of the Globetrotters joined us on Monday, Dec. 11 to preview what fans can expect. According to Artis, fans will experience a different kind of fan interaction compared to what they may be accustomed to when watching the Bucks or the Golden Eagles.
He highlighted the Globetrotters' distinctive approach, involving close interactions with fans, and potentially, Artis shooting four-point shots from the stands.
He also discussed the deeper impact of being a Harlem Globetrotter, emphasizing his childhood aspiration to make a significant difference in the world. This role merges his passion for basketball with community engagement, allowing him to fulfill his dream.
