MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- It’s a history-making product launch for Milwaukee’s Harley-Davidson.
The company has announced 13 new models ahead of next year’s 115th anniversary.
In total, Harley-Davidson is releasing five new touring bikes and eight cruiser models making it the largest product development in company history.
Some of the new features include new LED headlamps, a USB charging port, and new instrumentation and fuel tanks. They are also launching a new collection of clothing.
Thousands of hours went into developing the bikes.
“Our engineers got out on the open road and really talked to customers to determine what they wanted," says Mike Roach with Harley-Davidson. "This new cruiser platform will literally be the most agile, most powerful, and most responsible cruisers in Harley-Davidson history.”
The full lineup hits dealership floors across the country this week.
