WAUKESHA COUNTY, Wis. (CBS 58) -- It's been more than two years since Waukesha County teenager Isaiah Cramer went missing.

Tuesday marked his 19th birthday, and his family held a party in his honor at Kick Switch Bar and Grill in Okauchee.

"I'm proud to be his mom," said Kim Cramer, Isaiah's mother. "I'm proud."

It was a somber celebration for Kim Cramer, as she wished her now 19-year-old son a happy birthday.

"He was a gift to my husband and I and our family 19 years ago, and we adopted him," said Kim.

Isaiah Cramer went missing two years ago, last seen on Feb. 4, 2024, leaving the Norris Mental Health Center in Mukwonago.

"I'm not going to be bitter, I'm not going to be sad; I'm going to have hope that he will be found again," said Kim.

Kim says her son has epilepsy and struggles with mental health.

Police say all that was found after Isaiah went missing were his headphones in the woods across from the center.

"We've lived a life of in and out of detention centers and rehabilitation centers and dealt with mental illness quite a bit with him, so I didn't want to be alone today, on his birthday," said Kim.

Since then, the community has rallied for Isaiah, leading search parties and putting up signs in hopes of bringing him home.

"My heart has always felt a heaviness for finding Isaiah," said Debbie Kasper, who has helped search for him. "I can't explain why, it's just something I always felt from the beginning, and I tried to help as much as I could."

His family says they want closure.

"I believe he's in heaven,” said Kim. "I just want to find evidence of that."

If you have any information on Isaiah's disappearance, you should contact the Waukesha County Sheriff's Office.
