MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Hogs for Heroes, a Wisconsin-based non-profit organization, announced the presentation of a Harley-Davidson motorcycle to local Marine Veteran, Sergeant Joshua Hameister, scheduled for Saturday, July 15

The event will take place at Milwaukee Harley-Davidson during the brand's 120th Anniversary celebration.

The ceremony will begin with a National Anthem performance by Jage Nichols at 10 a.m., followed by the official key presentation at noon. Marking its 38th such gesture, Hogs for Heroes continues its seven-year tradition of supporting injured Wisconsin Veterans.

Hogs for Heroes, which has been operational since 2016, makes it their mission to gift a Harley motorcycle annually to injured veterans who would benefit from the healing aspect of motorcycling. The organization raises funds solely through donations, ensuring that every dollar contributes to motorcycle purchases for veterans.
