MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) --- Home sales in Wisconsin hit a record high in 2020 with more than 88,000 homes bought and sold.
While many homes are sold through realtors, some are sold to real estate investors.
David O'Neil with Homestead Road joined CBS 58 Morning News to break down the benefits of these non-traditional sales, and how that changes things for sellers.
