Kawa Ramen & Sushi finds temporary home at Crossroads Collective following June fire 🍣

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Crossroads Collective, an East Side food hall in Milwaukee, will be welcoming Kawa Ramen & Sushi, a restaurant displaced by a June 6 fire, starting Thursday, July 20.

The sushi, ramen and appetizers restaurant will operate there for six months while their facility on N. Murray St. prepares to be ready for business.

Also joining the lineup from Wednesday, July 19 through Thursday, Aug. 31 is pop-up vendor 4 All My Dogs, known for its vegan and non-vegan Korean Corn Dogs and fried sides. This venture is steered by restaurateur Kamal Shkoukani, an experienced operator of ghost kitchens.

The Counter Day Bar is also involved in the changing food hall lineup. The non-alcoholic cocktail pop-up is bidding farewell to Crossroads Collective. They plan to continue to serve the area with a new concept coming in August.

Crossroads Collective is currently home to six restaurants. More information can be found by clicking here.
