Kenosha School Board member appointed to new 1-year term following clerical error

KENOSHA, Wis. (CBS 58) -- A Kenosha Unified School District board member will be able to keep his seat for another year.

Eric Meadows won a spot on the board last year, but a clerical error led to some controversy.

Voters were told it was for a three-year term, when Meadows was only supposed to serve one year.

The board decided to appoint Meadows to a new one-year term.
