Kids can take the 'potter's wheel' starting this weekend at Wisconsin Lutheran High School

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Your child might be "kilning it" starting this Saturday as part of a winter pottery class put on by The Traveling Artist Studio.

There are two different 2-hour sessions offered on Saturdays, one for third through fifth graders and the other for sixth through eighth grade students. In the sessions, the kiddos can discover various construction techniques and learn how to decorate creations with unique and artistic designs using paint and glaze.

The classes run for six weeks and will be held at Wisconsin Lutheran High School in Milwaukee. The cost is $150. You're asked to sign up ahead of time.
