MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- We're on the tail end of graduation season with all the pomp and circumstance to go with it. While we often highlight the older graduating classes like those from high school and college, we can't forget about the youngest learners.
On Wednesday, June 8, kindergarteners at Bruce-Guadalupe Community School in Milwaukee dressed up in full cap and gown and walked across the stage in the gymnasium to receive their diplomas. With their parents watching on, it was a fun way to celebrate what is surely to be a long line of achievements in the students' lives.
"It's adorable watching these little people, that are -- like I said -- be our future leaders," said Maclovio Vega, proud parent.
