WAUKESHA, Wis. (CBS 58) -- New CBS 58 sports director Lance Allan joined morning anchor Iron Mike Curkov in the ring for the Great Lakes Championship Wrestling's Blizzard Brawl at the Waukesha County Expo Center on Saturday, December 7th.
Curkov was challenging GLCW's heavyweight champion Drew Hernandez for the title. Despite Allan's help, the pair could not overcome the champion, his manager Crystal, and crooked guest referee Angel Armani.
The good news is Iron Mike fans helped raise another $422 for the Wisconsin Humane Society through the purchase of 'Iron Mike' t-shirts (donated by Hansen Screen Printing in Elkhorn, WI). Iron Mike 'sells' t-shirts and autographed photos at wrestling events and donates 100% back to WHS.
You can order your own 'Iron Mike' shirt here.
Blizzard Brawl also featured appearances from several stars of professional wrestling past, present, and future including WWE superstar Braun Strowman.
