Little Miss Juneteenth recognized by Milwaukee Common Council

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) --A 7-year-old girl was named Little Miss Juneteenth at Milwaukee's Juneteenth Day Celebration last month.

Baily Clemmons was recognized by the Milwaukee Common Council Tuesday.

"I am here. I am strong. I am free. I am Baily," she said.

Baily may be 7, but she's thinking a lot about her grown-up life.

She says she wants to open her own bank so she can build homes for homeless people.
