MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- As families get prepared to celebrate Easter, one of the first acts of preparation is to figure out which sweets will adorn Easter baskets and dessert dishes.
Anna Kofman Bakalinsky, owner of Mila's European Bakery in Thiensville, joined us on Thursday, March 23 to discuss the bakery's unique seasonal offerings to sweeten the holiday.
Among the featured products are the eye-catching Three Colored Easter Bread, available in long or round shapes, as well as Easter Nest Raspberry Coffee Cake with rich Danish dough filled with raspberry and topped with buttercream, coconuts and jelly beans.
Mila's European Bakery will also offer themed cakes, such as the Lamb or Chick Face Cake, and Individual Easter Egg sweet treats. Easter-themed cupcakes are also available in large chocolate or yellow varieties, decorated with unique designs.
