GERMANTOWN, Wis. -- One month after a fire destroyed Stags Tavern in Germantown, a local pub and car club joined forces to offer support. 

On Saturday, Sept. 5, The 25 Sportsman Club hosted the 2nd annual "Ultimate Car Show" at Stag's Tavern.

The show included prizes, raffles, and food and drink donated by Bub's Irish Pub. 

In a statement posted to Facebook, Stag's said:

"The support our community has shown us since the fire has meant so much. We may not be able to welcome you inside Stags just yet, but we’d love to see everyone right here in our parking lot!"

Stags remains closed following the massive fire that broke out on Tuesday, August 4. The fire department had deemed the building a total loss.
