Despite all the dark news these days, one local photographer is trying to bring light to families all across southeast Wisconsin with her "Safe Sidewalk Sessions." Ren Lenhof of "Studio 29 Photography" goes to different people's homes and snaps various family shots at a safe distance. Donated money from the shoots goes to good community causes. Three thousand dollars was raised for the Hunger Task Force in just the last month or so.
During the month of April, some of the proceeds raised will go to the E-R at St. Luke's Hospital. If you'd like Ren to visit your family and take some cool shots outside your home, just click here.
Also, as part of this story, Ren offers up some professional advice when taking photos either with a camera or your smartphone. She blogs about it on her site as well.
