Make-A-Wish launches Holiday Wish Line for uplifting messages

(CBS 58) -- Make-A-Wish has introduced the Holiday Wish Line, a unique hotline featuring messages from wish kids. The aim of the line is to provide joy and inspiration during a period that can often be stressful.

The hotline, active through Sunday, Dec. 31, allows callers to listen to personal stories, advice and lighthearted moments shared by six children who have faced critical illnesses.

Each child participating in the program has previously benefitted from Make-A-Wish.
