SHEBOYGAN, Wis. (CBS 58) -- Sheboygan Police were called to a fatal industrial accident on Thursday afternoon.
It happened around 8:28 a.m. on Thursday at the Meijer construction site, located at 3346 Kohler Memorial Drive.
The investigation revealed that a construction worker was killed after becoming pinned between heavy equipment and a wall while pouring concrete at the side.
His cause of death was ruled blunt force trauma.
The Sheboygan Police Department has determined that the death was accidental but the investigation remains ongoing.
The victim has been identified as 22-year-old man.
OSHA is also conducting an investigation.
