Man accused of throwing acid on man's face wants $35K back from Milwaukee police

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- The man accused of throwing acid onto a Latino man's face wants $35,000 back from Milwuakee police. 

Clifton Blackwell made a court appearance on Monday, Nov. 25. 

Court records show the department is holding $34,800 from him. 

Blackwell is currently in jail. If he's able to get a GPS monitor, he could bond out with $20,000. If not, he'll have to pay $50,000 to bond out. 

Blackwell will state his case to a judge on Tuesday, Nov. 26.
