Man arrested for OWI after testing at more than 5 times the legal limit
MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- A man is arrested for his second OWI after the Milwaukee County Sheriff's Office says he tested more than 5 times the legal limit on a breathalyzer test.
The Sheriff's Office says a deputy responded to a possible OWI call on southbound I-43 at Holt Avenue around 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, June 23.
The deputy stopped the vehicle on I-94 on Rawson Avenue and arrested 41-year-old Tom Dulaney of Milwaukee after he allegedly failed field sobriety tests. The Sheriff's Office says Dulaney registered at a .42 on the PBT. The legal limit is .08.
Dulaney faces misdemeanor charges of operating while revoked/OWI-related and OWI 2nd. If convicted, he could serve up to a year and a half in jail.
The Sheriff's Office says Dulaney was one of 10 arrested between 4:00 p.m. Friday and 6:00 a.m. Monday during a drunk driving patrol.
