Man arrested for spraying West Allis Taco Bell drive-thru with fire extinguisher
WEST ALLIS, Wis. (CBS 58) -- West Allis Police arrested a man for spraying the Taco Bell's drive-through with fire extinguisher.
According to police, Johnnie Rice had been in the restaurant earlier in the day acting strangely and bugging customers. The manager of the Taco Bell store located near 60th and National, said Rice left on his own but later returned and tried to get into the restaurant carrying a fire extinguisher. Rice allegedly stole the fire extinguisher from the Kwik Pantry across the street.
The manager would not let him inside so Rice then walked to the drive-thru and sprayed the fire extinguisher on the outside of the building.
West Allis Police noticed that the drive-thru was covered with a white layer.
Rice was arrested and cited for municipal theft and disorderly conduct.
