Man arrested in West Allis after pushing employee at business, stealing lottery tickets

WEST ALLIS, Wis. (CBS 58) -- West Allis Police took a man in custody who allegedly robbed a business near 81st and Orchard.

It happened around 3 p.m. on Wednesday.

According to police, an employee of the business was pushed and lottery tickets were stolen.

Officers responded to the scene and located the suspect near 76th and Madison.

The suspect was taken into custody after a brief foot pursuit. 

The investigation remains ongoing. 

Police are not looking for any additional suspects.
