MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- A Milwaukee man will serve seven-and-a-half years behind bars for shooting a gun at a home near 17th and Capitol last January.
Harold Gierbolini, 47, pleaded guilty to two counts of first-degree recklessly endangering safety and one count of possessing a firearm as a convicted felon.
Gierbolini was captured on surveillance footage walking up to a home, ringing the doorbell and walking away before turning around and firing several shots at the home.
A woman and multiple children were inside the home at the time of the incident. Prosecutors said seven bullets penetrated the home.
In court on Wednesday, Jan. 10, Gierbolini was sentenced to seven years and six months in prison with five years of extended supervision.
