Man involved in armored truck robbery and shooting sentenced to life in prison

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- One of the Milwaukee men charged with allegedly robbing an armored truck and shooting and killing a guard in July of 2023 was sentenced this morning, June 13.
Thirty-year-old Damien Huff was sentenced to life in prison.
He and another man worked together to rob Walgreens Pharmacy several times in Milwaukee and Wauwatosa, prior to the armored car robbery.
A criminal complaint says officers found Scott Bee, the armored car guard, with multiple gunshot wounds on July 13.
He died 12 days later.
The eldest daughter spoke during the sentencing today - mourning the loss of her father.
"You took a life, you took my dad, my best friend," said Apryl Kitchen. "I'll never get to hear my dad's voice or see him in a physical form. We now only have photos and voice mails and memories we have to hold on to for the rest of our lives."
The other Milwaukee man involved, Colby Pashawn Logan, was sentenced to 25 years in prison back in January.
