BROOKFIELD, Wis. (CBS 58) -- Marty’s Pizza has closed its location in Brookfield after 68 years in operation, the business announced Monday, Feb. 4.

The restaurant stated on social media, "Marty’s Pizza in Brookfield will no longer be operating dine in, carry out or delivery operations."

A post on the restaurant’s Facebook page thanked employees and customers, saying, "Thanks to our great staff and loyal customers for a wonderful 68 years."

The Brookfield location had served the community since 1957. The Delafield location remains open and continues to offer pizza and catering services.

Marty’s Pizza directed customers to contact its Delafield location at (262) 646-3327 for future orders.
