GREEN BAY, Wis. (CBS 58) -- Wonderful news from Green Bay Packers kicker Mason Crosby's family.
In an interview with CBS 58's Scott Grodsky Tuesday, May 12, Crosby said his wife, Molly, was given the "all clear" in her battle against lung cancer.

Crosby said Molly was diagnosed with lung cancer right before the season started, had a tumor removed and got the all-clear right before the coronavirus pandemic hit.
In March, the couple shared a message about staying home and staying safe and how to support everyone during the pandemic.

The news will be something to celebrate as Crosby is set to participate in the 2020 Vince Lombardi Cancer Foundation Stronger Together Virtual Gala set for May 13.
The virtual gala is replacing the Annual Lombardi Golf Classic that was canceled over COVID-19. It will be streamed on the foundation's Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube channels to raise money to prevent cancer, care and those battling it and find a cure.
