OAK CREEK, Wis. (CBS 58) -- Master Lock's Oak Creek office is closing down, leaving about 120 associates to choose to relocate. 

A fortune brands innovations company spokesperson says the new headquarters will be in Deerfield, Illinois. 

It's unclear when the Oak Creek office will close down, but the spokesperson CBS 58 talked to said employees who opt out of relocation will be given at least a 90-day notice of their last day of work -- with some employees getting a "much longer" notice period. 

Those who choose not to relocate will be given severance pay and outplacement services.
