MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- The Milwaukee County Sheriff's Office is investigating a deadly shooting that happened Saturday afternoon, May 30, at Center Park Street. 

Deputies say that around 6:47 p.m. they reported to a shooting at Center Street Park during a large social gathering. 

Police say a 23-year-old was shot twice to the upper torso. 

No other injuries were reported.

A 25-year-old woman was arrested at the scene in connection to the shooting. She was in possession of two firearms. 

Investigators believe the victim and the suspect knew each other. 

The case remains under investigation by MSCO.
