MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- The Milwaukee County medical examiner was called to the scene of a "suspicious death" Monday evening, Sept. 27, that is now being investigated as a homicide. 

The Milwaukee County Office of Emergency Management Dispatch Center received a phone call that a victim had been discovered in a wooded area just east of Little Menomonee River Parkway and just south of Mill Road.

Sheriff's deputies located the victim, later identified as 32-year-old David Jones of Milwaukee.

Autopsy results are pending, but the death is believed to be a homicide.
