Medical Examiner's Office: Every 16 hours in October someone has died of probable overdose

On Friday, October 13 the office said year-to-date there have been 122 heroin deaths so far in Milwaukee County. According to the Wisconsin Department of Health Services, four out of five people addicted to heroin started by abusing prescription painkillers.

Both offices are now raising awareness about Drug Take-Back Day on Saturday, October 28.
