Menomonee Falls, New Berlin police departments to participate in Drug Take Back Day

MENOMONEE FALLS, Wis. (CBS 58) – The Menomonee Falls and New Berlin police departments are working together to participate in the National Prescription Drug Take Back Day on Saturday, April 28.
Drug Take Back Day provides a safe and responsible way to get rid of prescription painkillers.
The initiative brings awareness to the issue of prescription painkiller abuse in Wisconsin.
Unused or expired medication including ointments, sprays, inhalers, creams, vials, herbals and pet medications will be accepted during the initiative.
The drop-off locations will be Community Memorial Hospital in Menomonee Falls and Moorland Reserve Health Center in New Berlin.
